1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NoteFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.

2. Service Description

NoteFlow provides a platform for uploading voice notes, generating transcriptions, summaries, and key points, and enabling conversational interactions with your content. Our service is currently in pre-launch phase, with full launch expected in the near future.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Pre-Order and Payment Terms

4.1 Pre-Order Special

By pre-ordering our service for $100, you are securing a one-year subscription that will begin when our service officially launches. The regular price will be $20/month or $240/year after the promotional period.

4.2 Refund Policy

If we do not launch the service within 12 months of your pre-order date, you will be eligible for a full refund. Once the service launches and your subscription begins, refunds will be subject to our standard refund policy.

4.3 Subscription Renewal

After your initial pre-order subscription period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the voice notes and content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The NoteFlow service, including its software, features, and functionality, is owned by NoteFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
