Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-order Refunds

We offer a full refund for pre-orders under the following conditions:

  • If NoteFlow does not launch within 12 months of your pre-order date.
  • If you request a refund within 14 days of placing your pre-order, for any reason.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your NoteFlow subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to NoteFlow until the end of your paid period.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, log into your account settings and follow the cancellation process, or contact our support team for assistance.

3. Refunds for Active Subscriptions

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds for active subscriptions. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team with details of your situation, and we will review your case.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
